The Colorado School Districts Self Insurance Pool (CSDSIP) is comprised of five departments working together in the day-to-day administration of the pool.

Cheryle Mangels, Executive Director - cheryle@csdsip.net
Cheryle has been with CSDSIP since July of 1992 and has served as the Executive Director since 1995. She is the liaison between the Board of Directors and the organization. She is responsible for strategic planning for the Pool, the execution of the day-to-day operations of the organization, supervising staff members and implementing organizational polices. She is also the direct supervisor for the Risk Programs department. |

Steve Fast, Assistant Director - steve@csdsip.net
Steve has been with CSDSIP since July of 1997 and has served as the Assistant Director since 2004. He is responsible for the strategic development and organization of the Claims and Risk Control departments. |

Peggy Espinosa, Administrative Assistant - peggy@csdsip.net Peggy has been with CSDSIP since August of 2009 and serves as the Administrative Assistant. She is responsible for providing administrative support for all departments and she is the bubbly voice you will hear when you call CSDSIP. |

Tod Walkington, Manager of Financial Services - tod@csdsip.net
Tod has been with CSDSIP since February of 2002 and is responsible for all aspects of the Pool’s finances including financial statements, payroll, reinsurance reporting and claims payments. He also coordinates the annual audit and actuarial analysis as well as oversees the investment managers and works with Risk Programs in the rating process. |

Allison Burnett, Systems Coordinator - allison@csdsip.net Allison has been with CSDSIP since July of 2002 in the Claims Department and is now the Systems Coordinator. She will oversee the information management systems for both the Risk Programs and Claims departments. She will also coordinate report writing for the Pool and the Member’s and will work with the Manager of Financial Services on developing internal controls. |
| Michael Gurley, Claims Manager – mikeg@csdsip.net Michael has been with CSDSIP since October of 2007. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day activities of the Claims Department. |

Mark Lauriha, Litigation Specialist - mark@csdsip.net
Mark has been with CSDSIP since November of 2002. He is responsible for the handling of high severity injury claims, employment claims, claims involving specials needs student and most of the litigated files. |

Monica has been with CSDSIP since April of 2007 and is responsible for the handling of high severity auto claims, bodily injury claims and large property claims. |

Cecilia has been with CSDSIP since July of 2008 and is responsible for the handling of auto claims, injury claims and property claims. She also processes all Legal Consultation Grant files. |

Eric Jacobson, Manger of Risk Control Services - eric@csdsip.net Eric has been with CSDSIP since 1999 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Risk Control Department. The Risk Control Department works to create innovative risk control/prevention programs to help members reduce and prevent losses. |

Nancy Miller, Risk Control Consultant - nancy@csdsip.net
Nancy has been with CSDSIP since 1999 and is responsible for monitoring the Risk Control programs for Members located on Colorado's Western Slope as she is based out of Grand Junction. Her duties include conducting risk control safety surveys, providing specialized loss analysis and risk control consultations. Nancy also develops and conducts risk control training. |

Patty has been with CSDSIP since April of 2006 and is responsible for assisting with the monitoring of Risk Control programs for CSDSIP Members. Her duties include providing specialized loss analysis and risk control consultations and assisting with risk control safety surveys. Patty also helps coordinate safety seminars/conferences and Pool publications. |

Audrey has been with CSDSIP since January of 1999 and spent 6 years in the Claims Department. She now works in Risk Programs and is the primary point of contact for Members. She also handles renewals, Certificates of Insurance, policy and contract reviews, coverage analysis and training for our Members. |

Specifically, her duties include processing Certificates of Insurance and working with Members on building additions, deletions and renovations. |

Steve Clark Fast, Risk Programs Marketing Coordinator - steveclark@csdsip.net Steve Clark has been with CSDSIP since September of 2006 after serving 18 years on the CSDSIP Board of Directors; he also served 12 years on the Sheridan School District Board. His primary responsibilities include focusing on in-person Member contact, Member renewals, issuance of Certificates of Insurance, policy and contract reviews, coverage analysis and training for our Members. |
