Liability Insurer- We represent our Member’s interests and protect you and your employees against claims from 3rd parties.
Property Insurer- We assist with emergency loss mitigation and damage evaluation.
Primary Contact- We work with accident victims, attorneys, medical providers, and parents.
What We Do:
- Evaluate legal liability, not employee performance and not traffic violations.
- Evaluate and settle potential loss &/or damage.
- Meet with parents, students and staff to explain the claims process and benefits.
- Obtain a full release of all claims on behalf of the employee and the Member.

Full, complete, legible Incident Reports with all relevant details
Seating Charts &/or Student List identifying all injured passengers
Employee Statements (Recorded)
Insured information including a description and contact information
Claimant information including all involved parties and all contact information
Witness information including all contact information
Member investigation reports (Security, Supervisor, Training)
Police Report
